Each group consists of 6-8 ministry colleagues who covenant to meet regularly, either in-person on in a virtual format. The group, guided by a trained facilitator, together engages in theological reflection, book and/or case studies or explores discussion topics of mutual interest. Group members offer one another support, fellowship, accountability and the opportunity for peer-to-peer learning.
